Gorilla Shine Car Wash located in Layton, UT is making an architectural statement through minor upgrades to their facility and equipment. Because the facility is located on a major street, the owner is eager to have his facility stand out. Remodeling the facility will add emphasis to the structure and will draw attention.
Redesigning the exterior and adding curb appeal is extremely important, as well as upgrading the equipment. Being a tight site, it is imperative to utilize every inch of space. Adding an additional detail bay and auto tunnel to the existing structure added over 2,486 square feet. The exterior is comprised of CMU and is accented with deep red metal siding to add interest. The design process involves complying with multiple building codes and utility requirements. This Car Wash includes top of the line automated equipment with a 70 foot automated conveyor tunnel, free vacuum stations, a self-serve station, and multiple detail bays.
