With the original facility built in the mid 50’s, Homeless Veterans Fellowship was looking to renovate the existing office restroom and build a more functional ADA ramp outside. MWA took the existing residential-style restroom with antiquated shower and developed a fully accessible commercial restroom facility perfectly serving the new use. No space was repurposed from other parts of the facility and structural changes were carefully considered in order to minimize the expenditures of this 501c3 non-profit. The finishes are durable, easy to clean and the fixtures specified will provide this facility with long life and functionality.
