We welcome this exciting development to the neighborhood, as it offers endless opportunities to regenerate community interaction and broaden the semblance of downtown Ogden. The Porter Plaza development will reside in the heart of the Nine Rails District, nestled between Jefferson, Porter and 25th. A mixed-use, live/work concept offers 32 residential units, featuring rooftop patios, open floor plans, an over-sized garage/studio and community courtyard. A two-level commercial lease space fronting 25th Street will include an outdoor patio cafe space. Mountain West along with Mike Vowles, the developer of this framework, are working side-by-side along with community members to create a neighborhood hinged on communal interaction and strengthening local commerce.
